A data-driven platform designed to help non-technical users manage complex survey workflows, including distribution, quota logic, and reporting.

Project overview
I worked on the full product ecosystem, covering survey scripting, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The goal was to create a connected experience that helps teams move from research setup to actionable insights in one place. I also introduced a scalable design system to improve consistency, speed up implementation, and support product growth across features.
Challenges
The platform needed to support a wide range of research workflows while staying simple and scalable, with increasing complexity across tools creating risks of inconsistency. A key focus was aligning these into a unified experience, supported by a design system that standardised components and behaviours, reducing inconsistencies and enabling engineers to accelerate development with greater confidence and efficiency.




Results
The platform evolved into a flexible system used by global companies to understand their markets and act on data. A stronger design foundation helped teams roll out new features more consistently and efficiently. AI-enhanced workflows were introduced to speed up insight generation, while the overall product experience became more scalable and easier to maintain.
