Project overview
I worked on designing the full ecosystem, covering survey scripting, data collection, analysis and reporting. The goal was to create a connected experience that allows teams to move from research to insights in one place. A scalable design system was introduced to support product growth and consistency across features.
Challenges
The platform needed to support a wide range of research needs while staying simple to use. It also had to scale across multiple tools and workflows without becoming fragmented. Aligning different parts of the system into one clear experience was a key focus.




Results
The platform evolved into a flexible system used by global companies to understand their market and act on data. New features and tools were rolled out efficiently through a strong design foundation. AI was introduced to improve workflows and speed up how insights are generated. The product is now trusted by leading brands.
